City Club Raleigh - CCR Business Networking: Ensuring End of Year Success
Welcome to our CCR Business Networking event, held monthly at the Club to help connect people who want to grow their business, meet new clients or partners, and trade the tips & tricks of business. December's event will feature local vendor booths, expo-style! We're curating the perfect space to "ask the experts" about how to finish off the year on a strong foot, with Member vendors representing various local organizations and companies specializing in finance, insurance, and related fields. We can't wait to introduce you to these wonderful people who are ready to help you secure your end of year goals and success! On top of those amazing resources, this is the perfect chance to mix and mingle the night away as you meet fellow Members and the greater Raleigh community. About Our Local Business Vendors: David Forrest from Fidelity Bank is a Commercial banking veteran, consistent top producer, and is working every day to be "the banker of choice in Raleigh." Extensive commercial banking, underwriting, and sales background with an established network of clients and referral sources. Worked in banking industry since 1991. Managed offices throughout NC and SC (1996 - 2006) with sole focus on commercial banking / commercial relationship management / commercial real estate financing in Raleigh NC since 2000. Work almost exclusively with owner managed small businesses and nonprofits, consulting businesses on ways to improve cash efficiency, improve profitability, and simplify finances. Primary sub specialty is financing owner occupied commercial real estate. typically in the $300,000 to $10mil price range although can accommodate loan total exposure up to $62mil. Experience in many industries especially in medical, trades, light manufacturing, and professional service sectors. Sean Bynum from Principal Financial is a United States Air Force veteran. He has a master’s degree in organizational leadership. He holds active insurance licenses in Life, Accident & Health, and Variable, along with the following FINRA registrations; SIE, Series 6, and Series 63. Sean is passionate about helping his clients create generational wealth while enjoying their lives and making lasting memories. Sean helps to prepare his clients for their most important life events and decisions such as retirement, wise investments, education, family planning, business ownership, and establishing financial safety nets with insurance. He is passionate about getting to know each client and their unique needs to create a roadmap that evolves with every stage of life. Sean specializes in working with veterans, church leaders, and business owners. He strives to provide exceptional client experience through personalized coaching and customized financial solutions. Ronisha Payne from R. Payne LLC is a Self Employed-Owner of R. Payne LLC. "We Take the Pain Out of Managing Your Finances" R. Payne LLC provides accounting & tax preparation services to individuals and businesses. She is passionate about servicing, building relationships, and assisting clients with challenges. Her goal is to provide professional services to clients that will resolve urgent pain points. She aims to understand the urgent needs of our clients, so she can offer customizable packages with services that resolve the needs of our clients. Ronisha gained experience and served in the banking, manufacturing, and services industries. She worked with large corporations, private companies and small business. She obtained a Bachelors' degree in Business Management and Accounting and a Master's degree in Business Administration. She is currently a CPA candidate.
